Product photos and parcel photos serve different purposes. Check your items while they are in the warehouse.
Check the product.
Then check the parcel.
Sugargoo’s published guidance describes five free standard QC photos per product. Packed-parcel photos are separate, not extra product inspection angles.
Check the colour, size label, visible condition and included accessories. Ask for another angle or measurement if needed.
Photos cannot prove authenticity, durability or the function of electronics. Resolve concerns before international shipment.
